  • High temperatures electrotechnologies
  • Evaluation of CAE/CAD systems on the base of own problem-oriented mathematical models and software tools to design thermal-electric equipment
  • Mathematical modeling of various physical processes (temperature, electromagnetic and etc. distribution in space and time) on the base of ANSYS software
  • Investigation and development of induction systems for metal melting, induction systems with cold crucible for melting nonmetal materials (oxides, glasses and others), intensive induction high-frequency hardening processes, induction systems to through heating for stamping and forging
  • Technology of polycrystalline grow of the solar-grade silicon on the base of induction melting in cold crucible.
  • Investigation of phase diagrams of oxide systems
  • Investigation of thermal physical properties (thermal conductivity, electrical conductivity, emissivity) of different materials in solid and liquid phases at the temperature up to 3000C
  • Solution of the inverse problems on the base of electromagnetic and thermal equations
  • Energy audit methods of powerful thermal-electric equipment
  • Numerical methods FEM, IEM, BEM, FDM end others
